This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on
https://suits-me.com from Suits Me FZCO. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller
Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle processes all refunds.
1. 14-day refund
You may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase, for any reason. This applies to both Ready-made and Personalised Stylebooks.
2. Refunds after 14 days
After the 14-day period, we will also give you a full refund if:
• your Personalised Stylebook was not delivered within 28 working days of us receiving your photos and
information, due to a delay on our side;
• you were charged twice for the same order, or there was another payment error;
• you did not receive your product because of a technical error on our side and we were unable to fix it.
Any other request made after 14 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. How to request a refund
• Go to https://paddle.net, find your order using the email address you used at checkout, and request a
refund; or
• reply to the receipt email you received from Paddle; or
• email us at suitsme.info@gmail.com with your order number and the email used for the purchase. We
will pass your request to Paddle.4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the money to appear in your account.
5. After a refund
Once a refund is issued, your licence to use the Digital Product ends and you should delete any copies you have. We may decline refunds where there is clear evidence of fraud or refund abuse, such as repeated purchases and refund requests for the same product.
6. Your legal rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
