These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital stylebooks and
related services offered on https://suits-me.com (the "Website"). The Website and the products are
provided by Suits Me FZCO, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates under registration
number 59909, with its registered address at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis,
Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Suits Me", "we", "our" or "us").
By purchasing, accessing or using our products or the Website, you agree to these Terms. Your
continued use of the Website or our products means you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.

1. Merchant of Record: Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing, sales tax and VAT, invoicing, refunds and payment-related customer service. When you buy a product, you complete your payment through Paddle's checkout and agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/
checkout-buyer-terms). Your receipt and invoice are issued by Paddle. The products themselves are created and provided by Suits Me FZCO.
2. Definitions
• "Stylebook" or "Digital Product": a digital document (usually PDF) with informational and
educational content about personal style, provided by us.
• "Ready-made Stylebook": a standard Stylebook that is not personalised for you.
• "Personalised Stylebook": a Stylebook prepared individually for you, based on the photos and
information you provide.
• "Customer" or "you": the person buying or using a Digital Product.3. Our products
Descriptions, contents and prices of each product are shown on the relevant product page of the Website before purchase. All purchases are one-time payments; we do not sell subscriptions.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the Website at the moment of purchase. Applicable taxes
(such as VAT or sales tax) are calculated by Paddle at checkout based on your location. Payment must be made in full before delivery. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment details.
5. Delivery
• Ready-made Stylebooks are delivered electronically, by download link or email, shortly after Paddle
confirms your payment.
• Personalised Stylebooks are prepared after you send us the photos and information we request.
Preparation and delivery may take up to twenty-eight (28) working days from the date we receive
everything we need. If there is a delay, we will let you know by email.
• Delivery is complete when the Stylebook is sent to the email address you provided or made available
for download.
• If you have not received your product within the stated time, please contact us at suitsme.info@gmail.com.
6. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Full details, including how to request a refund, are set out in our Refund Policy at https://suits-me.com/refund-policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits
any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your
country of residence.
7. Licence and intellectual property
All content of the Website and the Digital Products, including texts, images, methods and the style type system, is the intellectual property of Suits Me FZCO or its licensors. We keep all ownership rights in it.
After purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-
transferable licence to use the Digital Product for your own personal, non-
commercial purposes. You may not:
• copy, reproduce, publish or distribute the Digital Product, in whole or in part;
• resell, sublicense, share or make the Digital Product available to third parties;
• modify the Digital Product or create derivative works from it.
Any use not expressly permitted by these Terms requires our prior written consent.8. Acceptable use
When using the Website and our products, you must not:
• use them for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
• commit fraud, make fraudulent payments or abuse refunds or chargebacks;
• send spam or unsolicited communications through our channels;
• infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property or other rights;
• upload malware, probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Website, scrape its content, or otherwise
interfere with its security or operation.9. Photos and information you provide
For a Personalised Stylebook you may need to send us photos and answer questions about yourself. You confirm that the photos are of you (or that you have the right to share them) and that the information is accurate. You allow us and our stylists to use these materials only to prepare your Stylebook. We
handle them as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Nature of our content; no guarantees
Our Stylebooks contain style recommendations for informational and educational purposes. They are not medical, psychological or other professional advice, and results depend on how you apply them. The Website and products are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Website will
be uninterrupted or error-free, although we make reasonable efforts to keep it
working.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Digital Products if
you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate these Terms. Where reasonable, we will notify you first.
12. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for: (a) your inability to access a Digital Product due to
technical issues on your side; (b) damage resulting from unauthorised distribution or misuse of a Digital Product by you. Our total liability to you in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or
limited under applicable law.
13. Privacy
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy at https://suits-me.com/privacy-policy.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or internet or communication outages. In such cases we will make reasonable efforts to resume
performance as soon as practicable.
15. Governing law and disputesThese Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction
of the DIFC Courts in Dubai, UAE. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence, or of your right to bring a claim in the courts of that country where the law allows it.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on the Website. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
