These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between Suits Me FZCO, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with registration number 59909, registered in Dubai, UAE (hereinafter the "Company", "we", "our", or "us"), and any individual or legal entity purchasing a digital product (hereinafter the "Customer", "you", or "your").
By purchasing and accessing the stylebook(s) offered on our website (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please refrain from purchasing or using our products.
1. DEFINITIONS
2. SUBJECT OF AGREEMENT
2.1. The Company provides the Customer with access to a Digital Product (stylebook) upon full payment.
2.2. The Digital Product is delivered electronically via download link, email, or other digital means specified on the Website.
2.3. The Digital Product is intended exclusively for personal use by the Customer.
3. ORDER AND PAYMENT
3.1. Prices for the Digital Products are indicated as displayed on the Website at the moment of purchase.
3.2. Payment must be made in full prior to delivery.
3.3. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate contact and payment details.
4. DELIVERY
4.1. The Digital Product will be delivered electronically after successful payment confirmation.
4.2. Delivery shall be deemed completed once the Digital Product is sent to the Customer’s provided email address or made available for download.
4.3. The preparation and delivery of customized stylebooks may take up to twenty-eight (28) working days from the date of payment, depending on the volume and complexity of the order.
5. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
5.1. If the Digital Product has not yet been sent to the Customer, a full refund may be issued.
5.2. A refund request must be submitted in writing to suitsme.info@gmail.com within seven (7) days of payment. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
5.3. Once the Digital Product has been delivered, all sales are final and the purchase becomes non-refundable.
5.4. For customers located in the European Union, refunds are available only before the Digital Product has been accessed, downloaded, or used, in line with EU consumer protection laws on digital goods.
5.5. In exceptional cases (such as technical errors, duplicate payments, or delivery failures caused by the Company), refunds may be issued.
5.6. If a partial refund is applicable, the Company may retain up to 50% of the paid amount. This retention covers:

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9.2. The Customer agrees, irrespective of their country of residence, that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts in Dubai, UAE.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
10.1. The Company shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or communication outages, or other unforeseen events ("Force Majeure").
10.2. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.
11. FINAL PROVISIONS
11.1. The Company may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time by publishing the updated version on the Website.
11.2. Customers are advised to review the most current Agreement available on the Website. Changes will not have retroactive effect on purchases already made.
11.3. The Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions before completing the purchase.

6.2. The Customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
6.3. The Customer may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Digital Product;
- Resell, sublicense, or make the Digital Product available to third parties;
- Modify or create derivative works from the Digital Product.
- 6.4. Any use of the Digital Product not expressly permitted in this Agreement requires the prior written consent of Suits Me FZCO.
- 6.5. Any unauthorized use shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
7.1. The Company processes Customer data in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws.
7.2. For residents of the European Union, data processing is carried out in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7.3. By purchasing, the Customer consents to the collection and processing of personal data (name, email, payment details) solely:
- to perform this Agreement, and/or
- based on the Customer’s consent.
- 7.4. Customers may exercise their rights regarding their personal data (access, correction, deletion) as described in our Privacy Policy [link].
- 7.5. The Privacy Policy is publicly available and regularly updated on the Website.
8. LIABILITY
8.1. The Company shall not be liable for:
- Customer’s inability to access the Digital Product due to technical issues on their side;
- The Customer’s subjective dissatisfaction with the content;
- Any damages resulting from unauthorized distribution or misuse of the Digital Product by the Customer.
- 8.2. The Company’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the Digital Product.
