59909), with its registered address at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai
Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the data controller for the

of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, for individuals in the
European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, the General Data

2. Data we collect
• Identification and contact data: name, email address and, if you provide it, phone number.
• Order data: the product purchased, date, price, country and order number. We receive this from
Paddle. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Photos and questionnaire answers: photos and information about your appearance and preferences
that you send us for a Personalised Stylebook.
• Communications: messages you send us and our replies.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, approximate location, and Website usage

4. Paddle, our Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the
Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle collects and processes your
payment and billing information as an independent controller under its own privacy policy: https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy. Paddle shares with us the order data we need to deliver your product.
5. Who we share data with
• Paddle, as Merchant of Record, for payments, tax, invoicing and refunds;
• stylists and contractors who help prepare Stylebooks, who receive only what they need and are bound
by confidentiality;
• service providers for website hosting, email, cloud storage and analytics, acting on our instructions;
• professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary;
• authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
6. International transfers
We are based in the UAE, and our service providers may be located in other countries. When we transfer personal data of individuals in the EEA or UK outside those regions, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or an adequacy decision.
7. How long we keep data
• Customer and order data: for the duration of our relationship and up to 3 years after, or longer if
required by tax or accounting laws.
• Photos and questionnaire answers: deleted after the final delivery of your Stylebook, unless you give
us explicit consent to keep them. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
• Communications: up to 3 years after our last contact.
• Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
• Cookies: for the periods described in our cookie banner or settings.
